Comedor de Marula con vigas de madera, suelo ajedrezado y la barra iluminada al fondo

Ten years

Marula opened in 2016. Ten years of chef-driven cooking with a Panamanian touch, on Level 3 of the Casa Casco building, Plaza Herrera.

Without ceremony

Marula is a fine dining restaurant, though what we are strict about is the flavour, not the dress code. Chef-driven cooking with a Panamanian touch, chosen produce and rigorous technique, served without solemnity.

The menu takes risks, but never insists. The same table has room for someone ordering the usual cut and someone who came to eat something they could not describe.

From 2016 to today

  1. The opening

Marula opens on Level 3 of the Casa Casco building, above Plaza Herrera, in the heart of Casco Viejo.

  2. Ten years

Ten years above Plaza Herrera, on the same Level 3. The menu looks nothing like the first one; the place does.
