In the kitchen

Marula opened in 2016 on Level 3 of Casa Casco, and the kitchen has followed the same idea ever since: Panamanian produce handled with technique from abroad. Fish and seafood landed that day, cuts from the grill, and spices brought from every continent. The technique travels; the Panamanian touch stays.

The balconies

They look out over Plaza Herrera, with the rooftops of Casco Viejo and the sea beyond. They are private, and they are what guests remember most: sunset is the best hour to take one.
